Teacher Assistant - Great Start Readiness Program

Pay: Current Step Placement or $17.60/hour (WMJ) Schedule: Monday

• Friday / 7.0 hours daily / 35 hours weekly Please note GHAPS will complete the recruiting process but the employee will be onboarded by WMJ. Applicants for this position must meet the following criteria: Must have an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood or Child Development, or a valid CDA credential. Must pass State Background Check. Complete First Aide certification within 6 months of hire. Demonstrated ability to work positively with preschool students. Self-directed with organizational and communication skills.
