We offer the following: Dental Vision Life Insurance 401K plan with company match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Referral Bonus Annual college scholarship available for children & grandchildren of PTC employees Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operates crane, making lifts under direction of floor personnel Loads/unloads trucks under direction of shipping personnel Moves lifts from mills/finishing and stacks on floor in a safe manner Removes scrap bundles and hoppers from mills/finishing at the direction mill crews Miscellaneous duties as directed The incumbent is expected to understand that all employees have a shared responsibility for the quality of products and related services provided to our customers.

Number of Direct Reports: None Job Titles of Direct Reports: None Skills and Abilities: Reasonable hand-eye coordination Must be dependable and operate crane in accordance with safety procedures Must pass eye and depth perception exam Must pass a written and operating examination Cannot have any health condition or disability that would impede quick reactions Operators required to take medication, must bring proof from physician that said medication will not affect operators ability to operate crane in a safe manner.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, however employees are expected to spend significant timer in the plant’s manufacturing areas where noise levels may be high. Employee is required to abide by plant safety rules, and PPE requirements.
