Client Service Professional (Northwest Region)

Wintrust is a $66 billion financial institution based in Rosemont, Illinois, and listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “WTFC.” The Client Service Professional provides high touch support to commercial clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, by serving as a liaison between the banker and key internal partners including Deposit Operations, Loan Operations, Treasury Management, Private Client, Investments, and Retail Banking.

What You’ll Do: Serving as the frontline primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional day-to-day service, support, and solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Acting as a liaison between Commercial Bankers and key internal partners to ensure each client’s needs are met efficiently and consistently while maintaining a strong focus on service, accuracy, and communication.

Processing daily customer requests via phone and/or system such as account opening, troubleshooting, wire processing, advances, transfers, and pay downs on loans. Maintaining working knowledge of Wintrust products, services, policy, and processes while providing accurate, up-to-date information, and resources to clients as needed.

Ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

1-3 years of customer service experience, retail or commercial banking preferred. High School Degree or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work within deadlines and prioritize projects. A self-motivated employee and an effective team player. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize competing demands. Proficient in core banking platforms such as FIS, FCM, and Salesforce preferred.

• Pet Insurance Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
