Key Responsibilities

Preparation and certification of contractor bills. Quantity take-off and quantity verification from drawings. Cost estimation, budgeting, and BOQ preparation. Rate analysis and variation statement preparation. Vendor billing and subcontractor bill verification. Monitoring project costs and ensuring budget compliance. Coordination with project execution teams for billing and commercial matters.

Preparation of MIS reports and project commercial documentation.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Billing. Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects. Familiarity with BOQ, rate analysis, and contract management. Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software. Good communication and coordination skills.
