OTR - CDL Drivers Weekly Salary Pay

• Guaranteed Weekly Salary: A fixed amount paid consistently each week.
• Performance Incentives: Quarterly bonuses will reward safety, timely electronic paperwork submission, attendance, fuel efficiency, and mileage performance. If you earn all five incentives each quarter, your bonus will be approximately 10% of your base salary. Terminal Locations – Defiance & Perrysville, Ohio, Indianapolis, IN OTR – 2 years minimum Experience $ 1500.00 per week salary OTR – 5+ Years Experience $ 1650.00 per week salary Vacation time Health insurance Vision and dental Short-term disability Life insurance Well-kept late model equipment 100% No touch Class A CDL 2 years of CDL A experience Less than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
