Early Years Educator

Infant Educator We are looking for a caring and dedicated Infant Educator to nurture and support the development of infants aged 2 to 18 months. You will create a warm, safe, and responsive environment that promotes infants' well-being, learning, and development while building strong partnerships with families.

Key Responsibilities

Provide quality care and responsive caregiving for infants. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Support infants' physical, social, emotional, language, and cognitive development. Observe, document, and assess infants' developmental progress. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.

Build positive and trusting relationships with parents and families. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality infant care. Uphold the centre's values and professional standards.

Requirements

ECDA-recognised qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education. Certified by ECDA as an Infant Educator. Strong passion for caring for infants and supporting families. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with a nurturing and patient disposition. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
