Admissions Liaison
Job description
Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center and Oakdale Rehab & Skilled Nursing Center, part of the Oriol Health Care family of skilled nursing centers, is seeking a motivated and personable Admissions Liaison to join our team. This is a hybrid position that will require a combination of remote, in office and visiting area referral sources.
This position serves as a key point of contact between our facilities, prospective residents and their families, hospitals, healthcare providers, and community referral sources.
