Head of Branding | Hyderabad

Location: Hyderabad JD: We are looking for a Head of Branding with 6+ years of core brand experience in cosmetics, skincare, or any consumer products company. You will be responsible for building, implementing and maintaining the overall brand assets.

Key Responsibilities

Include:- ● Researching and monitoring consumer markets closely and identifying potential areas of growth. ● Working closely with Key officials to implement Brand Vision, mission and goals, and support the overall brand growth within the Indian market. ● Working on the NPD strategy with ideas as well as driving the marketing strategies across multiple channels.

● Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors ● Managing the PR agency on brand activations and implementations. ● Overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mailpacks, email campaigns and media buying ● Analysing and experimenting with organic and paid acquisition channels to gauge the impact of each medium (content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, performance analysis) ● Produce valuable and engaging content on the website and blog that attracts and converts customers ● Evaluating consumer sentiments via focus groups and market research.

● Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, and assessing the ROI and KPIs. ● Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions. ● Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.

Requirements

● Minimum 6+ yrs of Core branding experience ● Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix ● Strong research and analytical skills ● Budget-management skills and proficiency ● Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges ● Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in analytics tool, design, production, etc.

● Proven record of developing innovative brand and marketing strategies ● Solid understanding and experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns ● Outstanding communication skills ● Degree in marketing or a related field from a reputed B-school
