Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician supports the Facilities Maintenance Manager in ensuring that all facilities are clean, safe, and fully operational. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of day-to-day maintenance tasks involving the building, grounds, and equipment.

Responsibilities include

general repairs, preventative maintenance, and timely response to service requests. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and self-motivated, demonstrating a high level of initiative and a commitment to delivering high-quality, team-oriented, and customer-focused service. This position requires the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with the Facilities team and other departments.
