Team leadership: recruit, hire, train, and schedule team members. Foster and guest-first culture and resolve employee or customer issues promptly Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store openings/closings, food safety, inventory control, waste reduction, meet labor budget, and compliance with health regulations. Financial management: Monitor and control labor and food costs to hit profitability metrics and sales goals.

Brand Compliance: Execute new product rollouts, marketing windows, and sampling campaigns strictly according to franchise and corporate Guideline. Qaulifications 1-3 years of quick service restaurant, retail or hospitality management experience Open availability is required, specifically early mornings, weekends, and holidays to manage peak rush windows.

Strong nulti-tasking under pressure, proficiency with POS software, and basic math/financial acumen for inventory and cash handling. Additional duties of a General Manager include; Motivating the team to complete the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, complying with company procedures, and maximizing productivity and profitability, hiring, training, and monitoring the development of staff. A Restaurant Manager is required to have 3-5 years of experience in food & beverage service, management, hospitality, or retail environment.
