Janitorial Supervisor – Day Shift

Description B and B Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Supervisor to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT . We are seeking a full-time Supervisor who is available Monday

• Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed. The individual must be available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to address operational needs and respond to issues as they arise. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations and performing all duties associated with the Supervisor position.

Responsibilities

Supervise, Hire, & Train Employees Site Inspections Restocking of cleaning supplies Covering for absent cleaners Performing project work Follow all health and safety regulations, and complete all necessary trainings put out by the corporate office Benefits : B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set.

The pay range for this position is $21-$23/hour . Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment which includes: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO (paid time off), & 6 paid holidays. Equity Participation: This role is eligible to participate in the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), providing the opportunity to earn equity and share in the long-term growth and success of the business.

All supplies, equipment, and travel expenses are paid for/provided by the company.

Requirements

Dependable, Punctual, Detail Oriented Valid Driver's License, valid car insurance and reliable transportation required. Basic knowledge of technology (ability to use a smart phone, laptop, navigate the internet/emails, and submit reports online) Complete Background Check, Drug Test, & E-Verify Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds Experience in management/leadership and cleaning is preferred!

Carpet / Floor / Window cleaning experience preferred! Ready to learn, grow, and succeed within our company!
