16 HR Sales Assistant

Overview

As a Retail Sales Assisant, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the store to achieve KPIS and targets. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, understanding their needs and providing knowledgeable product recommendations to help achieve sales.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, professional amd personalised customer service.
• Assisting customers with product selection.
• Working towards individual and store sales targets and KPI's.
• Maintaining high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and merchandising.
• Processing sales and payments accurately using the till system.
• Replenishing stock and maintaning an organised shop floor and stockroom.
• Building positive relationships with customers.
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve goals.

Qualifications
