Dock Assistant

Job Details: Salary Range: Undisclosed, Summary: The Dock Assistant will play a role in delivering a high-quality experience to our Members and Guests by ensuring smooth dock operations, assisting the Dock Master and the other Dock employees. This hands-on, customer-facing role requires strong communication skills and a passion for boating and hospitality.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Must show up for work on time, tidy, and in uniform before clocking in. Start the day out by walking the property, checking on boats to make sure no dock lines have been broken or frayed overnight. Make sure Club dock boxes, golf cart, Dock Office and any Club property are cleaned and maintained Assist Members and their Guests on embarking and disembarking their boats.

Make sure their boats are tied up properly, along with water and electric hooked up. Be up to date on weather and tide forecast. Refuel boats as needed. Flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends and holidays
