Director, Platform Enablement

As the Director of Platform Engineering, you will lead the engineering function responsible for building and operating the i3 Platform which is the foundational multi-cloud infrastructure, orchestration, self-service tooling, and reusable engineering capabilities that every product team in the Company builds on. This is a high-impact engineering leadership role requiring a unique blend of deep technical expertise, hands-on execution, and the ability to influence technical direction across teams, platforms, and business verticals.

You will own the platform as an internal product: setting the roadmap, prioritizing the backlog, and holding your team accountable to measurable outcomes so that value compounds across every business vertical instead of being re-solved team by team.
