Assistant Property Manager - Salt Lake City & West Valley City, UT

Join Medical Innovation Technology Management as our dedicated Assistant Property Manager. You'll play a key role supporting our President in the operations, management, accounting, and maintenance of our expanding portfolio of commercial office and life science properties. We're seeking a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Operations Management: Assist in daily operations and ensure properties are maintained to company standards. Property Management: Support tenant relations, assist in leasing processes, and maintain accurate records. Accounting and Financial Management: Assist in invoice processing and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance, conduct property inspections, and schedule preventative maintenance tasks. Administrative Support: Provide scheduling, correspondence, and file management for the President.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in property management, preferably in the commercial office or life science sectors. Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
