Banquet Captain

Description of the role:

The Banquet Captain at Ramada Plaza Nags Head Oceanfront plays a crucial role in overseeing the smooth execution of banquet events and ensuring exceptional guest service. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

***This position does not have regularly scheduled hours. Working hours are dependent on scheduled events.***

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of banquet events
• Train and motivate banquet staff to provide excellent service
• Ensure all banquet set-ups are completed according to expectations
• Communicate effectively with clients to fulfill their event needs
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in banquet serving and supervision
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
