360° Management: You will oversee contractual, programmatic, and technical aspects to ensure customer requirements are met while safeguarding spacevan's integrity. Launch Integration Management: You will be the designated interface for Launch Service Providers. Integration Lead: You will drive the execution of the launch services contract, from initial mission analyses to the final mating of the spacevan to the launcher.
Deliverables Expert: You will coordinate internal teams to provide critical mission analysis inputs, Range Safety submissions, and launch campaign operational plans. Internal Synergy: You will work side-by-side with a multidisciplinary team (System, Mechanical, Thermal, Avionics, Payload, AIT and Operations) to align customer needs and launcher constraints with our internal technical capabilities.
The position is open in our offices in Massy or in Toulouse.
About You
Required Experience Engineering degree (or equivalent) with a strong background in aerospace engineering. Several years of experience within the space industry, including exposure to spacecraft integration, launch campaigns, customer-facing activities, and cross-functional project environments. Solid understanding of launch services, launcher interfaces, and mission preparation activities.
Soft Skills Hands-on & Operational: Comfortable working in operational environments, from cleanrooms and test facilities to customer and technical coordination meetings. Collaborative Communicator: Able to engage effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across disciplines and cultures. Problem Solver: Pragmatic and solution-oriented, with the ability to navigate technical and organizational challenges.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong planning skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and deadlines. Relationship Builder: Capable of establishing trust and maintaining strong professional relationships in a dynamic international environment. Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) is required for daily interactions with international customers and partners.
