Mit Vertriebsgesellschaften weltweit bieten wir Kompetenz vor Ort und sorgen mit einem optimalen Service für einen erstklassigen Kundendienst. Ihre Rolle in unserem Team: Develop, localize, and update training materials on CLAAS After Sales products, solutions, systems, and tools Promote After Sales offerings in trainings, emphasizing benefits and practical application Design and deliver in-person and digital trainings at CLAAS Central Academy and international locations Use analysis and benchmark data to drive continuous improvement and business growth Teach and enhance parts and aftermarket sales skills using real business cases Support sales partners in increasing parts, product sales, and value-based selling Travel internationally for onsite training, coaching, and direct support Manage training projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for efficient execution Ihr Profil: Knowledge in agriculture, technical sales, support, and marketing Experience as a corporate/business trainer or in After Sales/business development Expertise in parts and aftermarket sales, with ability to teach sales techniques Strong in content development, presentation, and digital training Solid project management skills, ideally internationally Proficient in German and English; French, Spanish, and Russian are a plus Experience promoting technical solutions and supporting sales growth High intercultural competence and experience with international teams Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and consultative skills Ihre Vorteile: Permanent employment contract, compensation based on the metal and electrical industry collective bargaining agreement, vacation pay, Christmas bonus, and additional payments 35-hour workweek and 30 days of vacation Opportunities for professional development through internal and external training and continuing education programs, such as digital learning courses on technical and personal skills From employee to co-entrepreneur: By purchasing silent partnership shares, you can participate in CLAAS’s financial success and build long-term wealth Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung.
