Your Tasks International Rollout Champion: As part of our "Project Factory", you will drive the international rollout of SAP Success. Factors Employee Central (SF EC) in Lidl countries. In doing so, you translate business needs into technical reality and ensure stability in a highly dynamic environment. Bridge Builder: You are the interface between the proven SAP HCM world (PA/OM) and the future with Success.

Your Profile

Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with a strong IT focus. SAP Foundation: You master the core SAP HCM modules (PA/OM) and understand backend data structures. Ideally, you already have initial experience with SAP Success. Factors Employee Central.
