Bartender/Server

Join the team at Hawthorns Golf and Country Club! We are currently hiring part-time Bartender/Server to work throughout a variety of club outlets including the Players Lounge bar, snack shop bar, banquet bar, and select serving shifts. Candidates must have at least 3 years of bartending experience, maintain a professional appearance, and have a true passion for providing outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain bar. prepare cocktails. Greet members upon entrance. Present menus and help members to select food/beverages. Take and serve orders. Answer questions or make recommendations. Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff. Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude. Issue checks and accept payment.

Skills: 3 Years Service experience. Hands-on experience in cashier duties. Attention to cleanliness and safety. Patience and customer-oriented approach. Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude. Responsible and trustworthy. High school diploma is required. Indiana Liquor license is required or application in progress.
