Job description

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Concrete Form Laborers to support formwork crews on active construction projects. This role is responsible for assisting carpenters and foremen with building, setting, stripping, and cleaning concrete forms for structural concrete placements including foundations, walls, columns, slabs, and structural elements.

  • Ideal candidates have experience working around formwork systems, understand jobsite safety requirements, and are comfortable performing physically demanding work in outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with building and assembling wood or metal concrete forms Carry, position, and secure form panels, braces, and hardware Help set and strip formwork for footings, walls, slabs, columns, and decks Install form ties, anchor bolts, embeds, and rebar supports as directed Clean and oil forms prior to concrete placement Assist with concrete pours, including vibrating and patching as needed Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols Perform general labor duties as assigned by foreman or superintendent Qualifications 1+ year of concrete or construction labor experience preferred Experience working around form carpenters is a plus Ability to read a tape measure and follow layout marks Familiarity with hand and power tools Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to jobsite OSHA 10 (preferred but not required) Work Environment Outdoor construction site Exposure to noise, dust, heavy equipment, and moving machinery Standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting required daily
