And also experience in Retail/ FMCG is point plus Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Verbal and Written) Strong in Analytical Mindset, Tools Improvement, & Numeric Data Ability to manage Performance, priority and action plan Comfortable using (Excel, Google suite, & Power BI/Dashboard Tools) Familiar with WMS & SAP You are comfortable in your communication with Extenal (3PL) & Internal departments inside Decathlon Job Description Discover end to end Logistics operations (Receiving, storage & Distribution) and also Safety & Security Coordinate closely with logistics providers and internal departements Identify operational issues and proactively propose improvements Understanding Continuous Improvement Culture fundamentals.
