About Greenpoint Psychotherapy At Greenpoint Psychotherapy, we believe that mental health care should be affirming, accessible, and grounded in respect for every person's lived experience. We recognize that emotional well-being is deeply influenced by the systems and environments in which we live, and we are committed to understanding and addressing the effects of structural inequities—including racism, sexism, classism, anti-trans discrimination, ableism, stigma, and other forms of oppression.

Our practice is built on a foundation of compassion, curiosity, and accountability. We strive to cultivate an inclusive environment where clients and clinicians alike feel seen, heard, and valued. We embrace ongoing learning and self-reflection, recognizing that understanding intersectionality requires continual growth, humility, and a willingness to examine our own perspectives and biases.

We envision a world where seeking mental health care is normalized, stigma is dismantled, and healing is recognized as both a personal and collective process. We support individuals, couples, families of origin, and chosen families in navigating life's challenges with authenticity, resilience, and connection. Through collaborative, evidence-informed, and culturally responsive care, we help clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

We believe that healing extends beyond the therapy room. It is nurtured through relationships, community, and belonging. Building healthy communities requires intention, compassion, and shared responsibility, and we are honored to partner with our clients as they work toward lives that reflect their values, strengths, and hopes for the future.
