Shifts Available: 40-hour schedule: Friday–Monday 2-10PM (Afternoon Shift) and Tuesday 10PM-6AM (Overnight Shift) As a Customer Service Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide JSB standard customer service while ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, customers, employees, visitors, and guests.

You will be the face of our organization, maintaining a professional demeanor and presenting yourself with confidence and poise.

Key Responsibilities

Assist visitors, provide directions, and deter loitering Respond immediately to emergencies, providing necessary support and contacting emergency services when required Patrol the site, ensuring a secure environment Write detailed incident reports and log book entries Protect our client's and company's assets from theft, assault, fire, or other safety issues Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently as needed Requirements: 2 years of security experience and 2 years of CCTV experience Valid New York State Security Guard License CPR & First Aid certification High School Diploma or G.
