Interstate Towing is hiring experienced Heavy-Duty Wrecker & Recovery Operators who know how to handle serious equipment, difficult scenes, and the responsibility that comes with both.

When the call comes in, you’ll work closely with Dispatch to understand the situation, get the right equipment rolling, and handle the job professionally from arrival through final clearance. WHAT YOU’LL DO: 🔹 Respond to Dispatch and arrive safely, prepared, and ready to work 🔹 Operate heavy-duty wreckers, rotators, and recovery equipment 🔹 Recover tractors, trailers, commercial vehicles, and equipment from accidents, breakdowns, rollovers, and complex scenes 🔹 Perform winching, rigging, lifting, uprighting, and recovery operations 🔹 Assess each scene and determine the safest, most effective recovery approach 🔹 Transport recovered vehicles to customer destinations, repair facilities, or impound yards 🔹 Complete thorough truck and equipment inspections 🔹 Perform preventive maintenance and report mechanical defects immediately 🔹 Maintain accurate paperwork and clean, detailed recovery documentation 🔹 Follow all applicable size, weight, route, hours-of-service, DOT, and company safety requirements 🔹 Communicate professionally with Dispatch, customers, law enforcement, first responders, and others on scene 🔹 Represent Interstate like a professional every time you step out of the truck 🧠 THE TRUCK PROVIDES THE POWER.
