Technical Front Line Manager

Position Summary

& Objective: To technically support the shift Associate Manager, Operations to deliver the production plan through controlling and coordinating the activities of the available people and equipment to ensure that the relevant activities, products, or services are planned, processed, and delivered to specified standards, on time, within budget and relevant target KPI’s.

To work at/with a senior level within the Operations Department and reports directly into the Production Manager. The Associate Manager, Operations will also be required to work closely with other Associate Manager’s daily with the focus would be to facilitate the machine/equipment challenges.
