Manager - Civil Execution & Finishes

Job Description QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Civil Engineering DESIRED PROFILE: 8–12 years of experience in civil execution and finishing works for commercial IT buildings, with strong expertise in site execution, quality control, coordination, and project delivery. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: To look after Finishing Work like Tiling, Flooring, Water Proofing, Façade Work etc.

To get quality in finishing work from the contractors Make the contractors to follow all safety norms Job involved supervision, coordination with activity sequencing & handing over of works. To ensure receipt of right quality and quantity of material and testing of the same. Keeping track of bills and ensures timely payments to contractors.
