What You'll Do

Welcome customers and identify their vehicle service needs. Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate services. Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and offer multi-point inspections. Explain recommended repairs, pricing, and expected completion times. Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates in ADP. Obtain customer approval for maintenance and repair recommendations.

Coordinate repair orders and communicate with service technicians. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Review inspection results and additional service recommendations with customers. Process payments and review completed work at vehicle delivery. Build customer relationships through clear communication.

Follow dealership service, customer contact, and delivery processes.

What You'll Bring

Comfortable using computers and learning dealership systems. 1+ Years of automotive experience Ability to accurately enter repair orders and customer information. Basic math skills for reviewing costs and processing payments. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
