Our seasonal Team MUST be available to work on Thanksgiving Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day as well as Football Game Days. To acquire, develop and maintain relationships with our customers through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and excellent service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store. Connects with customers in a friendly and meaningful way. Demonstrates expert styling and brand knowledge. Recommends merchandise based on expert product knowledge and customer preferences, regardless of department or channel. Use upselling techniques to increase store sales.

Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business. Courteously takes returns and offers options based on customer’s needs. Assists in operational tasks (actively maintains selling floor, fills in stock, cleans fitting rooms returns merchandise to other departments) Maintain a good working knowledge of the POS System and be able to ring up customer purchases.

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays, game days, graduations, ring day, special events. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE One Year progressively responsible retail or other service-related industry experience is preferred.
