We’re not a late-night restaurant, so you won’t be stuck until midnight, and every location offers free onsite parking. What You’ll Do Prepare food items, equipment, and ingredients needed for smooth station operation Follow recipe standards and prep lists to ensure consistency and quality Assist other kitchen team members with food preparation and side work Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and food safety in all work areas Keep prep tables, counters, refrigeration units, and storage areas clean and organized Report any issues or discrepancies to the Sous Chef/Chef promptly Complete all closing duties and assist with overall kitchen cleanliness Support other back-of-house positions as needed for a seamless guest experience What We’re Looking For Previous kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Positive attitude and reliability Commitment to food safety and cleanliness Perks Competitive hourly pay Flexible schedules No late nights Free onsite parking Opportunities to grow in a locally owned, expanding concept Requirements Prep Cook Job Requirements: Must have prior experience as a prep cook.
