Operate tool room equipment including wire EDM and CNC vertical, Haas mill, Bridgeport mill, grinders, etc. Build fixtures, tooling, machine parts, etc., and form prints via reverse engineering. Fabricate jigs, tools, dies, and master tooling. Build prototype parts for Engineering. Operate Mastercam software. Read and interpret blueprints.

Essential Skills and Experience: High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent 5+ years of tool room experience Strong understanding of safety, operations, and maintenance documents and procedures Working knowledge of machine troubleshooting Significant attention to detail Solid analytical skills Willingness to take initiative Preferred Skills and Experience: Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field 3+ years of experience in toolmaking CNC Machining/Programming experience CompX National is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
