Job description
Winpak Portion Packaging | Sauk Village and South Chicago Heights, IL | Onsite Join Winpak Portion Packaging for seasonal work in our production and warehouse teams. We are hiring Packers, Material Handlers, and Forklift Operators who take pride in working safely, keeping operations moving, and producing quality food packaging.
Position What you’ll do Starting pay Packer Inspect, pack, label, and prepare finished products while following quality and food safety procedures. $17.68/hour Material Handler Move and stage materials to support production, and help keep work areas organized. $18.20/hour Forklift Operator Move and stage materials safely using a forklift and support warehouse operations.
At least six months of warehouse experience is required. $22.00/hour Schedule and pay Day and night shift opportunities are available. Night shifts include an additional $2.00 per hour . Work 12-hour shifts on an alternating three-day and four-day workweek. There is a $1.00 premium for working Sundays. You can expect paid training.
Paid weekly. What we’re looking for A commitment to safe work practices, quality, and teamwork. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced production or warehouse setting. Ability to stand, walk, and perform hands-on tasks throughout a shift. For Forklift Operator positions, at least six months of warehouse experience.
