Tentative Start Date: November 2, 2026 Jubilee Ministries is seeking a dependable, friendly, and hardworking Thrift Store Assistant Manager to join our new Shillington, PA thrift store team. Please note: This position is expected to have a tentative start date of November 2, 2026 . Candidates should consider this anticipated start date when applying.

Assist the manager in overseeing merchandise displays throughout the store. Assist in resolving customer complaints and returns. Assist in cash register operations during busy times or to provide adequate coverage. Assist in opening and closing the store as instructed. Be alert for shoplifting and follow the Shoplifting Policy.

Participate in staff meetings and team building.
