This coastal New Haven County opportunity offers convenient access to the Connecticut shoreline. The incoming physician will provide outpatient Sleep Medicine care within a high-volume private practice supported by an established patient base, dedicated clinical staff, and extensive sleep-testing resources. The physician will evaluate and manage patients with sleep disorders, including patients receiving Inspire sleep apnea therapy, and will have access to 3 established sleep laboratories along with respiratory therapy and administrative support.

This opportunity offers a starting salary of approximately $350,000–$375,000, a transition to productivity-based compensation, and a clear pathway toward future partnership and equity. J-1 and H-1B sponsorship is available.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine; new graduates and practicing physicians considered
• Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
• Strong interest in outpatient Sleep Medicine
• Comfortable evaluating and managing patients receiving Inspire sleep apnea therapy
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume private practice environment
• Strong clinical, communication, and team-based care skills
