What Success Looks Like: Your Impact Perform precision mowing and rolling of greens, tees, fairways and roughs using specialized riding and walk-behind equipment Maintain sand bunkers, cart paths, clear debris and assist with cup and flag rotations. Ensure overall neatness of the course by performing regular trash removal and cleaning on-course restroom facilities. Ensure all work spaces are kept in a clean and orderly manner and storing all tools, equipment and spare parts in proper location. Responsible for the proper treatment and care of tools and equipment used to perform tasks. Responsible to complete delegated work orders in a timely and professional manner. Reports and addresses unsafe conditions immediately. Other tasks as assigned. What You Bring Must have a general understanding of landscaping. Must have knowledge and the ability to operate tools, hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner. Must be flexible and able to perform multiple tasks and work in stressful situations Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to work early morning hours, weekends and holidays as required by the golf season Don’t meet every single requirement?
