Physician Extender

SportsMED is seeking experienced a full-time mid-level provider (CRNP or PA-C) to work with Dr. Curt Freudenberger. Dr. Freudenberger specializes in orthopedic spine surgery. This position will be located at our Huntsville clinic. OR experience is required. Physician Assistant CRNPs w surgical experience also encouraged to apply We’re a high-growth orthopedic-spine practice looking for an experienced, motivated Advanced Practice Provider w surgical experience who thrives in a supportive, collaborative, and patient-focused environment .
