A Day in the Life

Reporting directly to the CFO in Casablanca, you will co-pilot the financial strategy for our Consumer Products Division (CPD) and lead a team of 2 direct reports. Financial Steering & Controlling: Lead P&L management, monthly closings, trend analysis, and budget forecasting. Business Partnering: Work closely with commercial and marketing teams to optimize trade spend and marketing ROI.

People Development: Lead, coach, and inspire your 2 direct reports to build a high-performing finance team. T he ideal candidate demonstrates: Financial Controlling & FP&A: Expert mastery of budget framing and financial performance tracking.

Business Partnering: Strong capacity to influence decision-makers and challenge business models. Data Analytics: Ability to turn complex financial data into actionable commercial insights. People Management: Proven experience in guiding, coaching, and developing junior talent. Agility & Initiative: Entrepreneurial drive to thrive in a fast-paced mass-market environment.
