HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter Department: Human Resources Experience: 0–1 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

*Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding. *Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels. *Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. *Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.

*Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. *Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports. *Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. *Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts. *Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.

*Support joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding activities. *Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.

Required Skills

*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. *Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. *Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques. *Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. *Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

*Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines. *Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage. Preferred Experience *Experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition. *Familiarity with sourcing strategies, interview coordination, and offer management. *Experience recruiting for relevant industry roles is an added advantage.
