Pharmacy Patient Advocate

A pharmacy patient advocate working under the supervision of a technician supervisor and pharmacist will perform the function of coordination of benefits, pharmacy order scheduling, and reimbursement. As a pharmacy patient advocate, you will eliminate barriers relating to medication access, act as the liaison between patients, medical providers, manufacturer hub programs, payers, and pharmacy staff.

Patient advocates work toward facilitating prior authorization, financial assistance, and a positive patient experience obtaining specialty medications.
