Life Enrichment Associate FT

The Life Enrichment Activity Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of recreational and therapeutic activities designed to enhance the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive well-being of residents or program participants. Working under the direction of the Life Enrichment Manager or Activities Coordinator, this role helps create engaging experiences that promote quality of life, encourage participation, and foster a sense of community. The assistant interacts directly with participants—often seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those in care facilities—by facilitating group and one-on-one activities such as games, arts and crafts, exercise sessions, outings, and special events.
