Job description
Conduct training sessions and workshops for educators, institutions, and internal teams on ESL products and digital tools. Develop and deliver engaging training materials, tutorials, and user guides tailored to various user levels. Serve as a subject matter expert for ESL content and pedagogy in product development and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the product team to provide user feedback and improve product usability, features, and effectiveness. Support onboarding of new clients by guiding them through product features and best practices for implementation. Provide technical and pedagogical support to users and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
Monitor usage patterns and training effectiveness to continuously refine training approaches. Attend and present at education conferences, webinars, and professional development events. Stay updated with trends in ESL education, Ed. Tech, and digital learning strategies.
