Responsibilities

Assist in opening or closing of restaurant Address customer and employee concerns Uphold safety standards Provide direction & motivation to staff Assist the Front of House Manager with daily tasks Train new staff members Ensure that all staff members are following company policies and procedures Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Strong leadership skills Ability to multitask Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work well under pressure
