Group Sales Coordinator

As a Group Sales Coordinator , you’re not just coordinating and overseeing the customer experience for groups throughout the various stages of their process at the hotel – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Coordinate and oversee the customer experience for groups throughout the various stages of their process at the hotel, from site inspections and planning to group preparation, arrival, and execution. Coordinate group requirements from the planning stage through to arrival and on-site operations.

Maintain communication and follow-up with clients, agencies, and internal departments involved in each program. Coordinate site inspections, planning visits, and FAM trips, including itineraries, reservations, amenities, tours, and internal communication. Prepare and update documentation for each group, including rooming lists, BEOs, group instruction sheets, alerts, and service orders.

Maintain constant communication with Banqueting, Reservations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other relevant departments to ensure the proper execution of each program.
