Our client, a leading provider of FM is currently looking for a Contract Support Administrator for a temporary job contract for 7 months. The Contract Support Administrator job is based in Thetford, Norfolk.. Pay up to £22k pa, Hours M-F 9am-5pm. Job Duties The Contract Support Administrator job will involve Providing customer service and business support.
Answer incoming calls and emails, process timesheets and expenses. Managing CAFM system, including PPM records and reactive. Maintain health and safety documentation, attendance planner, reports, logbooks and competency records. The Contract Support Administrator will plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits and delivery of materials.
Attend and actively participate in monthly contract review meetings. The Contract Support Administrator will ensure use of preferred suppliers is maximised. Issue PO’s, raise and process invoices, review P& L’s and debt reports. Job Requirements Preferred applicants for the Contract Support Administrator job will be organised and able to prioritise workloads.
The Contract Support Administrator will have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Someone who has worked previously in a similar job as a Contract Administrator, Support Administrator, Customer Services Administrator, Helpdesk Administrator, Site Administrator or Administrator would be suitable for the Contract Support Administrator job role.
Have excellent customer service experience. Good knowledge of MS office and ideally experience using CAFM system.
