m.-2:15p.m. $19.00-$22.00 hourly Essential Duties and Responsibilities ·Has to set up press welders and brake presses to satisfy job requirements.

• Has to set up the machine they are assigned to job requirements.
• Locate and pull fixtures and coppers from their locations as needed.
• Responsible for quality.
• Show operators how to check their parts for accuracy and functionality.
• Follow all safety procedures as set forth by the company.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Needs direction on what to work on.

Requirements

• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Basic math knowledge
• Good interpersonal and communication skills Physical Requirements
• Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with Employee Handbook
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Long periods standing
• Frequent walking
• Some squatting and bending throughout the day.
• Consistent use of hand tools, i.e. wrenches, hammer.
• Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local.
