We're looking for a creative, digitally savvy Social Media Coordinator to grow our online presence, engage with new and existing audiences, and bring our brand story to life across social media channels.
Location; Onsite , Heatherton Melbourne Australia Role: Temporary 12 months About the Role As our Social Media Coordinator , you'll be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content that builds brand awareness, educates prospective customers, and strengthens engagement with the Cell Care community. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic social media professional who understands how to create compelling content, identify trends, and build authentic relationships with influencers and online audiences.
Key Responsibilities
In the role as Social Media Coordinator , you will be responsible for creating, scheduling and publishing engaging content across Cell Care’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and Tik. Tok. Using tools such as Canva, Cap. Cut and other content creation platforms, you will develop compelling and informative content that resonates with expecting parents and helps strengthen Cell Care’s brand presence.
You will build and manage relationships with pregnancy, parenting and family-focused influencers, working collaboratively with them to create authentic content that highlights the value of Cell Care’s services. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will contribute to the planning and execution of integrated social media campaigns that support broader business objectives.
Acting as an ambassador for the Cell Care brand, you will engage with existing customers and prospective clients across social media platforms, helping to grow our online community and enhance customer affinity. You will continuously monitor campaign performance, analyse engagement metrics and provide recommendations to optimise content and improve results.
Success in this role will require you to stay informed about emerging social media trends, platform updates and best practices to ensure Cell Care maintains a relevant and engaging digital presence. You will also support the development of educational content that helps Australian families understand the benefits and process of cord blood and tissue banking.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring: Experience managing social media platforms for a brand, business or organisation Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and Tik. Tok Experience creating content using tools such as Canva, Cap. Cut or similar platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence building professional relationships with external partners and influencers Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Basic reporting and analytical skills, including experience using Excel or social media analytics platforms Experience within healthcare or related industries- preferred Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns in niche medical markets- preferred Why Join Cell Care?
