• Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems with expert precision
• Install, maintain, and upgrade plumbing components in compliance with local and national codes
• Respond promptly to service calls, provide accurate quotes, and deliver effective, long-term solutions
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability, performance, and safety
• Utilize company apps and client software for real-time reporting, inventory management, and job tracking
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams; maintain company vehicle and tools in good working condition
• Uphold all safety standards and be available for on-call or after-hours work (compensated at premium rates) Commercial Plumbing Technician Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of commercial plumbing service experience
• Proven ability to work independently with strong time management skills
• Expert troubleshooting skills and solid understanding of code compliance
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficient with mobile technology and able to learn client-specific software and job management systems
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background and drug screening
• Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in various indoor and outdoor environments Preferred
• Plumbing certifications (Journeyman, Master, or equivalent)
• Experience with quoting service and client communication
• Familiarity with energy management systems (EMS/BAS)
