As a Core Team Senior Software Engineer, you will: ● Architect & Scale: Design, develop, and maintain clean, highly scalable, and cost-efficient backend code. ● Innovate: Evaluate and introduce cutting-edge technologies into our stack to keep our platform ahead of the curve. ● Leverage AI in Development: Integrate AI-driven tools into your daily workflow to accelerate coding, automate testing, and streamline code reviews, maximizing development efficiency.

● Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze system data and performance metrics to proactively improve efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks. We Are Looking For: ● 6+ years experience as a Backend and Data Engineer on production environment (Python

• Advantage) ● Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, mentor peers, and drive architectural decisions in an Agile environment. ● Experience with relational databases - e.g., PostgreSQL / MySQL ● Experience with Redis and Elastic.
