As a Rewind Operator , you'll play an important role in our Print Finishing team, ensuring high-quality label production while contributing to a culture focused on teamwork, growth, and continuous improvement.

Schedule Monday through Friday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM What You'll Do Set up, operate, and maintain CEI rewind equipment. Inspect finished labels to ensure quality standards are met. Follow production specifications and work priorities. Complete production documentation accurately. Perform routine preventative maintenance.

Identify opportunities for process and Lean improvements.

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work. Ability to read, write, and understand English.
