Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Req Number: 115012 Time Type: Full Time Monitor and manage quarantine stock to ensure it is blocked in the warehouse on time and not released for shipment. Handle and coordinate follow-up actions for quarantine, damaged stock and returned stock Maintain a good understanding of the damage catalogue and provide effective guidance to operations.

Manage the team to perform inventory storage movements accurately upon receiving customer requests. Review all 8D reports and CAPA raised by the responsible functions to ensure all actions are implemented and properly closed in the quality system. Manage and update all 8D and Internal Material Complaint (IMC) cases in the monthly report to the customer.

Report blocked and quarantine stock to the customer on a monthly basis. Monitor compliance with internal WIs, customer requirements, and relevant regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates and improve processes.
